Field Team Recruiter

East Coast Facilities - South Chicago Service Center•Crest Hill, IL

About The Position

The Field Team Recruiter (FTR) owns the full recruiting funnel for front-line positions at East Coast Facilities. This is an outbound, high-touch role that spends significant time sourcing candidates in the community. The FTR is accountable for each stage of the pipeline, from opening a requisition through a candidate’s first 90 days as an employee. The role supports a proactive, metrics-driven recruiting function focused on the quality and retention of hires, which directly affect client satisfaction and contract retention. Recruiting activity is conducted through the OMNIA HR Suite. The FTR is expected to operate fluently in OMNIA and understand its connection to CAMPO, ECF’s field employee app, through which candidates apply and receive offers. The position also recruits and manages snow-removal subcontractors in the assigned region. The role reports to the Operations Manager (L05/6) or Director of Operations (L07), depending on the applicable structure. It is full-time and exempt, with a salary plus performance bonus. The assigned region is the primary work territory, and regular travel is required. Standard business hours apply, with flexibility for outreach, job fairs, and emergency staffing needs; some evening or weekend availability may be required. All ECF employees, including the FTR, may be directed to participate in snow-removal operations as needed. Travel includes regular travel throughout the assigned region, periodic travel to other ECF service centers for training or coverage, and occasional air travel. Physical demands include extended periods of standing, walking, and driving, occasional lifting up to 60 pounds, and work outdoors or in variable environments. Employees must remain drug-free and pass security background checks required for access to client sites; a valid driver’s license in good standing is required throughout employment.
