About The Position

The Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff (FTS) role is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their current restaurant knowledge to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards and to provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments, including Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned Restaurants, Chick-fil-A, Inc. Support Centers, or Disaster Relief or other similar temporary locations. FTS will develop your leadership, training, and operational skills while working with other outstanding leaders from across Chick-fil-A. This role is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their current Restaurant knowledge by training Team Members in both new and Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned Restaurants.

Requirements

  • Must currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant.
  • Have worked at that location for at least six months.
  • Have their current employer’s support before applying.
  • FTS1 and FTS2 candidates.
  • Complete the FTS Program Application prior to applying for training events.
  • Successful Background Check.
  • Complete new certification course by June 30, 2026 (existing FTS).
  • Complete new certification course while on first assignment (new FTS).
  • Download completion certificate and share with supervisor (new FTS).
  • Completion for existing FTS will be tracked by the Field Talent Solutions team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve on New Restaurant Opening (NRO) training team.
  • Primarily responsible for training new Team Members in Front of House(FOH), Drive-Thru, Back of House (BOH) and/or Prep.

Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $20 ($21.50 per hour for assignments located in the state of Washington)
  • Daily per diem
  • Overtime pay at one and one-half times the regular rate of pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
  • 5 hours of paid time for completing the FTS1 Certification Course (includes paid breaks).
  • One day of per diem for use of personal technology when completing the FTS1 Certification Course.
