The Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff (FTS) program offers an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to leverage their existing restaurant knowledge to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards. FTS also provide operational support at various Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments, including Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned Restaurants, Chick-fil-A, Inc. This role is designed to develop leadership, training, and operational skills through collaboration with other leaders from across Chick-fil-A. Individuals applying for Field Talent Staff must currently be employed at a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant, have at least six months of experience at that location, and secure their current employer’s support before applying. FTS members are limited to a maximum of eight Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments per year, with each event lasting up to three weeks. A new certification course is required for all FTS1 and FTS2, effective February 16, 2026. New FTS will complete this certification during their first assignment, while existing FTS have until June 30, 2026, to complete it outside of assignments. Failure to complete the certification by July 1, 2026, will result in ineligibility for assignments.
