This program is designed to develop participants' leadership, training, and operational skills through collaboration with other leaders across Chick-fil-A. Individuals can work a maximum of eight assignments per year, with each assignment lasting up to three weeks. A new certification course is required for all FTS1 and FTS2 roles, with specific deadlines: new FTS must complete the 4-hour course within 72 hours of enrolling, while on their first assignment; existing FTS have until June 30, 2026, to complete the course while not on an assignment, after which eligibility to serve will cease without certification.
