Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work.

Nice To Haves

• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, forklift repair, automotive or diesel mechanics, HVAC service, field service technician work, or electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial battery systems and charging equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Install and replace industrial batteries and related components.
• Conduct battery watering, cleaning, and inspections.
• Respond to customer service calls professionally and promptly.
• Complete service documentation and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
