About The Position

The Field Services Manager for Defense & Offshore is a strategic leadership position responsible for the total lifecycle performance of field service operations in high-stakes, mission-critical environments. As a member of the Defense & Offshore leadership team, the role balances operational execution with business growth, integrating technical excellence in Installation & Commissioning (I&C) with insights from digital tools to support customer loyalty, operational profitability, and long-term business strategy. The role oversees field service delivery across I&C projects, warranty claims, and site interventions; coordinates field operations with internal stakeholders, contractual commitments, project milestones, and resource availability; and ensures compliance with organizational and site-specific safety requirements. It manages field service engineering staff, leads team capacity planning and S&OP, partners with ITO and Sales on I&C tenders, and champions ServiceMax and data integrity for installed base assets and dispatch workflows. This is a remote position. Access to sensitive defense information is required, and the successful candidate must be a U.S. person able to obtain and maintain the required U.S. government security clearance. Candidates must undergo a background investigation and may be subject to heightened client-directed security checks. The U.S.-based pay range is $119,600–$199,400, with geographic differentials in certain areas and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. Relocation assistance is not provided. The application deadline is November 9, 2026.
