About The Position

Chipotle Field Leaders oversee multiple restaurant locations and partner with restaurant managers to run strong operations. They support the company’s growth by leading teams, developing people, and maintaining a great guest experience and food-safety culture.

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Business knowledge, including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing.
• Passion for team development and leading through others.
• Ability to focus on the guest experience.
• Ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements.
• Team-player approach and willingness to assist when needed.
• Previous multi-unit restaurant experience.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
