About The Position

Chipotle is seeking a Field Leader to oversee multiple restaurant locations. The role partners with restaurant managers to maintain strong operations and support the company’s continued growth. Field Leaders help deliver a great guest experience, uphold food-safety practices, and develop teams through training and leadership. The position is part of Chipotle’s mission to make responsibly sourced, real food accessible to everyone.

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Business knowledge, including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing.
• Passion for team development and leading through others.
• Ability to focus on the guest experience.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Previous multi-unit restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple restaurant locations and partner with restaurant managers to run strong operations.
• Foster and ensure a food-safety-first culture.
• Develop teams and lead through others.
• Maintain a strong focus on the guest experience.
• Train and validate employees on key operational elements.
• Jump in and assist the team when needed.
