About The Position

Chipotle’s Field Leaders oversee multiple restaurant locations and partner with restaurant managers to run strong operations. They lead through others, develop teams, support food-safety-first practices, and maintain a strong focus on the guest experience. Field Leaders may need to jump in and assist when needed. Chipotle is seeking leaders with previous multi-unit restaurant experience who can grow with the company as it expands.

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Business knowledge, including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing.
• Passion for team development and leading through others.
• Strong focus on the guest experience.
• Ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to assist when needed.
• Previous multi-unit restaurant experience.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
