We are seeking a Kitchen and Bath Field Sales Manager who thrives on developing people, driving results, and building elite sales teams. This role is ideal for a proven leader in the remodeling industry who knows how to turn talented sales reps into consistent six-figure earners while maintaining accountability and a winning culture. This is a leadership role focused on managing and coaching a team of in-home sales representatives in the kitchen and bath remodeling sector.

Requirements

Strong background in kitchen, bath, or remodeling sales
Experience with one-call close in-home sales environments
Familiarity with CAD design platforms, CRM systems, and financing programs
Deep understanding of margins, forecasting, and lead performance metrics
5+ years of experience managing sales teams in home improvement or remodeling
Track record leading high-performance driven sales representatives
Proven ability to coach reps to six-figure performance
Strong leadership, recruiting, and performance management skills

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of 5-10+ in-home sales representatives
Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching to improve closing percentages and Net Sales per Lead
Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to revenue goals
Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent within the home improvement industry
Drive forecasting, CRM management, and sales reporting accuracy
Support reps with financing options, margin management, and deal structuring
