About The Position

We are an authorized dealer of Generac standby generators, helping homeowners and businesses stay powered during outages. With increasing grid instability and demand for reliable backup power, we’re scaling fast—and looking for top-tier sales talent to grow with us. This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. We’re looking for a hustler —someone who can close deals in-home and on-site, build their own pipeline, educate customers and create urgency, and turn consultations into signed contracts. If you can sell value (not just price), this is a high-income opportunity.

Requirements

Proven sales closer (home services, solar, HVAC, roofing, or similar preferred)
Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
Strong communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated—doesn’t wait for leads, creates opportunities
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, compelling way
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home and on-site consultations for residential and commercial clients
Assess power needs and recommend the right generator solution
Deliver compelling presentations that close deals on the spot
Follow up on inbound leads and self-generate new opportunities (referrals, networking, door knocking, local partnerships)
Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
Manage your pipeline and track deals from lead → install
