About The Position

This hybrid position requires 35–50% travel and work in diverse indoor and outdoor environments. Candidates must pass a drug test before employment.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of trade show or event operations experience.
• Experience managing union labor.
• Strong logistics, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced, on-site environments.
• Must pass a drug test prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site event operations to meet timelines and client expectations.
• Coordinate and supervise union labor.
• Develop and monitor labor budgets.
• Oversee equipment, logistics, and transportation schedules.
• Partner with Project Managers to confirm event details.
• Represent operations in client and internal meetings.
• Process work orders and payroll accurately.
