About The Position

The Field Operations Manager leads and develops field teams and oversees daily operations in a fast-paced restoration environment. The role is approximately 60% field-based and 40% office-based, providing hands-on leadership and support to crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and to company standards. Restoration experience is preferred but not required; training on the technical aspects of the industry is available for the right leader.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience leading teams in the trades, construction, industrial, service, logistics, or related industries.
Proven experience managing multiple crews, teams, or departments.
Strong leadership, accountability, coaching, and performance management skills.
Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Restoration industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Crew Chiefs, Technicians, and other field personnel.
Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance, safety, quality, and professionalism.
Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop field employees.
Visit jobsites to support production, quality control, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, vehicles, and resources to meet operational goals.
Partner with Project Managers to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement.
Resolve employee and customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Monitor productivity, operational performance, and profitability metrics.
Support emergency response operations and large-loss projects when needed.
