About The Position

United Flex Parks is hiring a Field Operations Manager to maintain quality standards across its 22 small-bay industrial flex properties in Virginia, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. The portfolio is growing. This is a multi-site field leadership role, with most working time spent traveling and on site rather than at a desk. The role requires regular regional travel of up to 75%, including overnight travel for approximately 25% of the time, and the employee must be based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, or the surrounding MetroWest area. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle are required; the company provides a $500 monthly car allowance and covers travel expenses through a company card. The position shares responsibility for urgent and after-hours issues under a Director-approved emergency protocol. The Field Operations Manager owns work orders, preventive maintenance, unit turnovers, vendor coordination, inspections, safety and compliance records, tenant relations, on-site leasing support, facility spending, and property-condition reporting across the portfolio. The role is the in-person point of contact for tenants and prospects, coordinates closely with the Leasing & Commercial Accounts Manager, and reports weekly property-condition information to the Director of Operations. The position offers base pay of $80,000 per year and a standard company benefits package.
