Allstar Services•King of Prussia, PA

About The Position

The Field Marketing Specialist, described in the posting as a Roofing Canvasser, creates homeowner interest and schedules free roof inspections in assigned neighborhoods. The role focuses on consistent activity, accurate system use, a friendly, low-pressure approach, and strict appointment-verification procedures. Canvassers do not perform inspections unless separately authorized and trained. The employee arrives at the designated meeting place by 9:45 AM local time for a Team Lead huddle, receives an iPad, confirms system access, and reviews the SalesRabbit route and field logistics. The employee travels by company van to the assigned neighborhood, stays within the designated route unless the Team Lead approves a change, and aims to knock on 100 homes per day. Every house must be entered into SalesRabbit with the correct disposition and useful notes. The role targets an average of 2–3 appointments per day while maintaining complete, accurate homeowner and property information. At shift close, the employee returns the iPad and participates in the daily recap. The position is full-time and offers an hourly rate plus uncapped commission.
