Field Marketing Specialist

Allstar Services•Wayne, PA

About The Position

The Field Marketing Specialist, described in the posting as a Roofing Canvasser, creates homeowner interest and schedules free roof inspections in assigned neighborhoods. The role supports a residential roofing company focused on delivering quality home services and a premier customer experience. Canvassers do not perform inspections unless separately authorized and trained. The position involves meeting with the Team Lead, receiving and checking an iPad, reviewing the SalesRabbit route and field plans, and traveling by company van to the assigned neighborhood. Canvassers are expected to knock on 100 homes each day, enter every house into SalesRabbit with an accurate disposition and useful notes, and average two to three appointments per day while maintaining complete homeowner and property information. At shift close, the iPad is returned to the Team Lead and the canvasser participates in a daily recap. The role requires working Monday through Friday, with optional Saturday overtime. The company provides group van transportation from the office to the assigned neighborhood. When the Team Lead is absent, Field Canvassers may be asked to transport team members and support daily field operations, subject to company authorization and driving eligibility requirements. Compensation includes an hourly rate and uncapped commission, with stated on-target earnings of $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
