About The Position
The Field Marketing Specialist will help expand a delivery partner program by building a network of local small businesses throughout Southern Oregon. This field-based role combines outside sales, business development, and community engagement. The specialist will connect with business owners, promote the program, qualify potential partners, and guide them through onboarding. The role includes local travel and home-based administrative work, with uncapped incentive potential based on results. The position is a contract role based out of Medford, Oregon, and is described as fully remote, with field-based responsibilities across the local market.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience.
- CRM experience required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to manage a territory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outside sales, field sales, or territory-based roles.
- Salesforce experience.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage local businesses through face-to-face outreach.
- Present the delivery partner opportunity and generate interest among business owners.
- Qualify prospective partners and assist them through the application and onboarding process.
- Manage leads, pipeline activity, and reporting within Salesforce.
- Support local recruiting events, networking opportunities, and community outreach efforts.
- Build relationships with chambers of commerce, business groups, and referral partners.
- Generate leads through networking and community engagement.
- Provide customer service and ongoing support to prospective partners.
- Complete follow-up activities, reporting, and administrative tasks from a home office setting.
- Travel throughout the assigned market.
