About The Position
The Field Marketing Specialist will help expand a delivery partner network of local small businesses throughout Southern Oregon. This field-based role combines outside sales, business development, and community engagement. The specialist will connect with business owners, promote the delivery partner program, qualify prospective partners, and guide them through onboarding while earning incentives based on results. The assigned market includes Medford, Grants Pass, Ashland, and Jacksonville, with regular local travel. Follow-up, reporting, and administrative work may be completed from a home office. The position is listed as a contract role based out of Medford, Oregon and as fully remote.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience.
- CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to manage a territory.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage local businesses through face-to-face outreach.
- Present the delivery partner opportunity and generate interest among business owners.
- Qualify prospective partners and assist them through the application and onboarding process.
- Manage leads, pipeline activity, and reporting within Salesforce.
- Support local recruiting events, networking opportunities, and community outreach efforts.
- Build relationships with chambers of commerce, business groups, and referral partners.
- Generate leads through networking and community engagement.
- Provide customer service and ongoing support to prospective partners.
- Complete follow-up activities, reporting, and administrative tasks from a home office setting.
- Travel regularly throughout the assigned local market.
