About The Position

The Field Marketing Operations Manager owns the operational support and sustainment of marketing and merchandising initiatives for Sally Beauty’s new store format after stores open. The role ensures stores have the signage, placement guidance, communications, financial support, and operational resources needed to execute initiatives successfully. It connects Field Marketing with Merchandising, Planogram, Store Operations, Creative, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, and external vendors, moving initiatives from identified need through store execution. The Manager monitors signage needs, develops creative briefs and placement guides, coordinates communication about planogram and assortment changes, manages purchase orders and invoice processing, and establishes scalable processes as the new-format store fleet grows. The role works closely with Field Marketing and New Store Opening subject-matter experts while owning ongoing operational processes. The position is hybrid: Monday through Wednesday at the Sally Beauty Support Center in Legacy West, Plano, Texas, and remote Thursday and Friday. The typical work environment is a support-center office, and the work is primarily sedentary, with occasional walking, standing, bending, carrying light items, or driving to a store location.
