About The Position

The Marketing Operations & Field Programs Manager builds and maintains the infrastructure that enables T-Mobile’s field marketing teams to execute effectively at scale. The role owns the vendor ecosystem supporting field execution, including vendor identification, evaluation, onboarding, procurement coordination, performance management, and compliance. It maintains a registry of approved partners across categories and geographies so field teams can find qualified vendors without sourcing from scratch. The role also manages operational capabilities and tools for field teams, including a centralized creative asset repository and swag and collateral ordering systems. It identifies operational friction and develops processes or systems to address it, supports onboarding for field leaders, and partners with the broader Field Marketing Strategy & Operations team to develop capabilities as the program scales. The position owns the Field Marketing Strategy & Operations team budget, including spend tracking, forecasting, vendor spend management, and finance coordination. It establishes standard operating procedures and helps ensure vendor relationships and field program expenditures comply with procurement policies, brand standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. This is a remote role with occasional travel for vendor site visits, field team onboarding, or program activations. It involves cross-functional coordination with procurement, legal, finance, and the Field Marketing Strategy & Operations team. The pace is steady-state, with periodic intensity around vendor onboarding, campaign launches, and capability rollouts.
