About The Position

The Marketing Operations & Field Programs Manager builds and maintains the vendor ecosystem and operational capabilities that enable field marketing teams to execute effectively at scale. The role manages vendors supporting field execution, including sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, procurement coordination, ongoing performance management, and compliance. It also maintains the approved vendor registry so field teams can find qualified partners by category and geography. The position owns field-enablement resources and processes, including a centralized creative asset repository and swag and collateral ordering tools. It identifies operational friction, develops processes and systems to address it, and helps onboard Market Activation Managers and Regional Field Leads to available capabilities. In partnership with the broader Field Marketing Strategy & Operations team, it supports the development and rollout of new tools and capabilities as the field program grows. The role owns the Field Marketing Strategy & Operations team budget, tracks committed and forecasted spending, partners with finance on budget cycles and reconciliations, and manages vendor spending against contracts. It also establishes standard operating procedures and ensures vendor relationships and program expenditures follow procurement policies, brand standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. This is a remote role with occasional travel for vendor site visits, field team onboarding, or program activations. It involves cross-functional coordination with procurement, legal, finance, and the broader Field Marketing Strategy & Operations team, with periodic increases in activity around vendor onboarding, campaign launches, and capability rollouts.
