About The Position

Spin.AI is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute field marketing initiatives across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl. The role owns a full annual calendar of more than 35 events across the US, EMEA, APAC, Canada, and LATAM, including major cybersecurity conferences, industry summits, trade shows, executive roundtables, customer gatherings, community meetups, partner sessions, and regional experiences. • Demonstrated success using innovative approaches to achieve strong results with modest budgets, supported by measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated use of AI as a productivity multiplier, including building AI projects, custom workflows, or automations for research, planning, content, reporting, or follow-up; candidates should be prepared to explain their setup.
  • Experience managing conferences, trade shows, executive events, roundtables, and other B2B field marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Strong understanding of how field marketing supports brand awareness, customer engagement, sales enablement, demand generation, and pipeline development.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams, marketing leadership, executive stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills, including the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience managing event budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, coordinating logistics, and overseeing onsite execution.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, event management, and project management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate event performance, report results, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Proficiency with AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Cowork, or similar platforms to improve productivity, research, analysis, and execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences, events, and onsite execution, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
