Field Marketing Lead

Refold AI•San Francisco, CA
•$100,000 - $150,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Refold AI is hiring a Field Marketing Lead to own the programs that bring enterprise software buyers into the room and turn those relationships into pipeline. The role focuses on practice leaders, integration architects, and product executives at sales-led software companies, including CTOs, CPOs, VPs of Product, and VPs of Professional Services or Delivery. The Field Marketing Lead will own Refold's event calendar and presence at industry events, scale its executive dinner series, produce the Unfolded podcast, build recurring webinars and a community for integration and delivery leaders, and coordinate co-marketing with customers and ecosystem partners. The role is accountable for meetings booked, opportunities sourced, and pipeline influenced, and will turn successful programs into repeatable plans, budgets, and processes. The position works closely with the AE and BDR team, Product Marketing, and the founders. Refold describes this as a hands-on founding-team role with a blank calendar, budget, and founder-level authority. The hire must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, work in the office three days per week, and be willing to travel.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in community, field, or event marketing at a B2B SaaS company, including meaningful experience at a Series A or B company owning the calendar.
  • Experience running conferences, executive dinners, roadshows, and side events, including venue coordination, guest-list management, run-of-show planning, and handling last-minute changes.
  • A real San Francisco network, including familiarity with venues, vendors, organizers, and relevant invitees.
  • Experience producing a podcast or webinar series on a regular schedule.
  • Comfort with accountability for meetings and opportunities, and the ability to measure event outcomes.
  • Hands-on builder mentality; willing to book venues and write invitations without an events team, agency, or MDF.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, able to work in-office three days per week, and willing to travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to technical or enterprise-software audiences rather than broad SMB audiences.
  • Experience in the ERP or integration ecosystem, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Salesforce.
  • Comfort with light business development, including opening event conversations and converting them into booked meetings.
  • Experience building a community from zero, such as a Slack group, user council, or practitioner network.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and event or webinar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, run, and measure Refold's presence at industry events, including speaking slots, booths, side events, and follow-up that converts conversations into meetings.
  • Own and scale the executive networking dinner series, including guest lists, format, venues, and outcomes.
  • Produce the Unfolded podcast, including guest sourcing, booking, production, and recap content.
  • Build a recurring webinar program featuring customers, partners, and practitioners.
  • Create a community for integration and delivery leaders at software companies.
  • Be accountable for meetings booked, opportunities sourced, and pipeline influenced, and instrument events to measure results.
  • Coordinate co-marketing with customers and ecosystem partners through joint events, webinars, and consortium activity.
  • Make successful programs repeatable through run-of-show documents, budget models, and executable calendars.
