About The Position

Courser is seeking a Field & Partner Marketing Lead to serve as the strategic marketing partner to regional sales leadership. Working with the Regional President and account executives (AEs), this role builds and executes a localized demand plan to generate pipeline, adapting campaigns from the Center of Excellence to regional buyer profiles and market dynamics. The lead shares accountability for quarterly net-new business meeting targets and reports on sourced and influenced pipeline. The role focuses on growth and sales partnership rather than event logistics alone. This is a senior, manager-track individual contributor position, with a stated path to a manager role as the field function scales. The position involves working remotely with a distributed team, minimal supervision, and regional travel for activations. The job is largely sedentary and regularly involves computer and office-equipment use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or partner marketing for SMBs, with a track record of driving pipeline.
  • Working proficiency with HubSpot, landing pages, email workflows, list segmentation, and campaign reporting.
  • Strong written English and ability to tailor outreach copy for a US business audience.
  • Excellent project-management skills, including the ability to manage 5–10 concurrent activities without slippage.
  • Comfort working remotely with a distributed team and minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for activations.

Nice To Haves

  • B2B IT services, MSP, or technology-services demand-generation experience.
  • Familiarity with US small and mid-market business culture, particularly companies with 20–200 employees.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Familiarity with direct-mail platforms such as Sendoso, Reachdesk, or PostalDirect.
  • Experience with sales-marketing alignment workflows, lead handoffs, MQL/SQL definitions, and attribution.
  • Experience with vertical outreach into regulated industries such as healthcare, legal, or financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Share accountability for quarterly targets for net-new business meetings sourced from localized programs, tracking sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Adapt Center of Excellence campaigns to regional Target Client Profiles and buyer dynamics; build targeted HubSpot prospect lists to find accounts not reached by national campaigns.
  • Coordinate localized email, LinkedIn, and direct-mail programs, including Sendoso and gift drops, to support AE prospecting and help generate first meetings.
  • Run 2–3 high-impact field activations per quarter, such as executive dinners and targeted seminars, designed to open new-business opportunities and build local brand presence.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership as a trusted advisor, maintaining a structured cadence with the Regional President and AEs for campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign pipeline review.
  • Use partner-funded initiatives, co-marketing, and market development funds (MDF) to maximize program impact.
  • Balance execution and event logistics with an ICP-driven strategic approach, adapting central assets for local relevance while maintaining brand alignment.
  • Build trust with AEs and the Regional President by focusing on named accounts, pipeline velocity, and shared outcomes.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • 401(k) company match.
  • Flexible vacation time after one full year of employment; full-time team members receive 10 vacation days during their first year.
  • Paid sick time.
  • 10 holidays, including the employee’s birthday and a floating holiday.
  • Healthy Lifestyle reimbursement.
  • Membership subsidy.
  • 40 hours for volunteer time.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Reimbursement for ongoing certifications.
  • Training, mentorship, and clear self-promotion paths.
