About The Position

GoNetspeed is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell fiber internet and related services in local neighborhoods. This field-based, door-to-door role involves meeting prospective customers face to face, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate plans. Representatives work independently in assigned towns and cities, with limited office reporting, and may participate in occasional community events. The position offers a $35,000 base salary plus uncapped commission; typical annual earnings are stated as $70,000–$125,000+. A $5,000 signing and performance bonus is available when goals are met within the first 120 days. Paid training is provided, and prior sales experience is not required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face, door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods.
• Sell fiber internet, home phone, and streaming TV services.
• Knock on 50 or more doors daily in assigned towns and cities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
• Stay current on product offerings and competitor options.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Participate in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed.
