Technicians are expected to maintain professional conduct, punctual attendance, accurate time reporting, and high service quality, and to keep their job knowledge current through training and educational opportunities. This is field work requiring daily travel and driving to job sites and customer homes. The employee works outdoors for extended periods and may encounter extreme weather, moderate noise, animals, construction areas, and the public. The role involves physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting and carrying equipment, climbing ladders and poles, and working at heights. Schedules may vary and may include long days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime. The employer offers competitive wages, paid training, tools, a uniform, a work van and gas card, benefit options, paid time off, and a promotion path.
