About The Position

CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor in Atlanta with a passion for client service and expertise in fashion. The role provides a consistently superior level of service while increasing client conversion and retention, driving business revenue, and inspiring brand loyalty. The Fashion Advisor works alongside a diverse sales team and reports to the Boutique’s leadership.

This is a full-time, in-store and in-person Front of House Fashion position. The role requires a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays, and the ability to lift 15 lbs. The anticipated hourly rate is $27 to $31. Base salary is one component of total compensation; additional compensation, benefits, and perks may also be included.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Understanding of and passion for client experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and service.

Nice To Haves

• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors, creating energy, excitement, and desire around the product and brand.
• Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and consistently exceed client expectations.
• Receive repairs and consistently follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
