Farm Fresh Management Trainee
About The Position
Stew Leonard’s Management Development for College Graduates program is a paid, full-time hourly position designed to prepare participants to become future managers at Stew Leonard’s. Over 12–18 months, trainees receive structured learning and training while working hands-on in a specified department. They develop technical skills, product knowledge, and an understanding of the company’s values and culture. Training includes structured modules, classroom-style sessions, one-on-one coaching, and mentoring with senior executives, with exposure to Human Resources, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- Minimum grade average of C or better.
- Submit an online application.
- Attach a resume with a 250–500-word essay answering each of the two application questions: why you are interested in the program and why you are a good candidate.
- Supervisor experience or equivalent.
- Willingness to relocate for the program and/or after graduation.
- Flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts.
Responsibilities
