New Grad Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (3-day work week)
About The Position
TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner for its Colton clinic. The multi-specialty medical group provides internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, urgent care, and medical aesthetics services. Its collaborative team includes 25 providers across 8 locations and supports both new graduates and experienced clinicians caring for underserved communities in Southern California. The role offers a structured onboarding and dedicated training period with close physician mentorship, a team-based coverage model, and clinical support from experienced physicians during all shifts. The Medical Director holds weekly provider meetings to provide feedback, discuss cases, and share clinical research. The position provides hands-on experience with common procedures and exposure to both primary care and urgent care, serving patients across age groups and backgrounds. The schedule consists of three weekday shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and one weekend shift every other week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There are no call duties or clinical inbox responsibilities; a separate support team manages administrative tasks. The posting offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and additional performance-based incentives. A comprehensive benefits package includes full medical coverage and DEA/CME reimbursement.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner qualification.
