About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Kayenta, Arizona. The position provides evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages in a culturally rich community within the Navajo Nation. The practitioner collaborates with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and serves an underserved patient population.

The schedule is four days per week, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, with no call responsibilities and built-in administrative time. Average patient volume is 15 or more patients per day. The position offers an annual salary of $109,000–$152,000 and a $7,500 retention bonus at the beginning of the second year. Relocation assistance is available, and the role is eligible for federal student loan repayment programs.

Requirements

• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) required.
• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain Arizona licensure required.
• Valid DEA registration required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Interest in serving underserved and culturally diverse communities.
