About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring remote Client Financial Protection Representatives to work directly with individuals and families. Representatives learn about clients’ needs and explain insurance options intended to provide financial protection during unexpected life events. The role includes structured training, ongoing coaching, mentorship, and opportunities to build client relationships and professional skills. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before performing licensed activities and complete any required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to learn and use computer systems.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
Responsibilities
- Connect with warm leads and schedule appointments.
- Learn about each client’s needs and priorities.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products.
- Recommend appropriate options based on client needs.
- Follow up to provide a professional and supportive experience.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
