About The Position

The Family Adventure Park Lead Supervisor works in a team-oriented environment of outdoor enthusiasts and oversees administrative tasks and staff development. The role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, interpersonal communication, customer service, and multitasking skills. The position is primarily office-based and includes serving as the department manager on duty. The schedule varies seasonally, includes weekends, holidays, and evenings, and is 40 hours per week. Compensation is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an approved driving record.
• Must have strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable working primarily in an office environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory experience.
• Prior outdoor recreation experience.
• Prior experience working at the Family Adventure Park.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative tasks, including employee scheduling, maintaining personnel folders, tracking pertinent information, and coordinating large-scale staff training.
• Guide supervisory staff and model good decision-making and judgment.
• Oversee and promote quality assurance to exceed guest expectations, addressing guest needs and concerns as they arise.
• Set performance metrics for team members and work with the team and supervisory staff to ensure the metrics are met.
• Function as the department manager on duty.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
