About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Adventure Park Supervisor to oversee and coordinate planning, organization, training, and leadership in support of sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, and sanitation objectives. The supervisor is part of the leadership team and is expected to guide, support, and inspire associates while helping deliver extraordinary guest experiences.

The role ensures attractions are operated safely and efficiently and provides guests with fun, engaging interactions. It supports associates through clear communication and training, while fostering a supportive team environment focused on safety and service excellence.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel, theme park, or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 2 or more years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language or languages of the entertainment area.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Fill in where needed to maintain guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspections and compliance with ride manufacturers’ preventive maintenance programs.
• Prepare required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules, in an organized and timely manner.
• Understand and comply with applicable federal, state, county, and municipal regulations concerning health, safety, and labor requirements for associates and guests.
• Oversee and coordinate planning, organization, training, and leadership to support objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Support associates with clear communication and training, and foster a team environment focused on safety and service excellence.
