About The Position

The Facility Monitor maintains a safe, residential recovery environment, provides support services to clients, and supports program staff. The role includes maintaining facility security, monitoring residents’ rooms, providing crisis intervention and stabilization, documenting services, covering shifts as part of the on-call team, protecting client confidentiality, and participating in program meetings. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Understanding of cultural competency.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security procedures for the facility.
• Oversee residents’ rooms, conduct room searches, and ensure room standards are maintained.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization to assist clients with symptom management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation as contractually required and meet minimum requirements for client services.
• Provide shift coverage, including participation as part of the on-call team.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients’ care.
• Participate in scheduled program meetings.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
