About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) to lead an outpatient clinic and its cross-functional clinical team. This front-line leadership role is operationally focused and results driven, with responsibility for patient care, team development, clinic performance, and continuous improvement. Healthcare experience is not required, though the position requires management experience or equivalent renal experience. The administrator works with the Regional Operations Director and regional peers, and receives support and guidance from company leadership.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in management (healthcare, business, or military), or equivalent renal experience, such as as a nurse, dietitian, social worker, or LPN; exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the DVP and/or ROD.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification, or certification obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical and financial teams.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred unless required by state or local law.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team.
• Support patient care through relationship-building, clinical goal setting, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage the clinic's overall operations and performance, including budgets, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supply orders, and compliance monitoring.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns and work toward regional goals and standards.
• Collaborate daily with clinical and financial teams to achieve results aligned with business needs.
