About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) to lead an outpatient clinic. This operationally focused, results-driven front-line leader directly impacts patient care by building relationships with patients, setting clinical goals, supporting quality improvement, and developing a cross-functional clinical team. The administrator oversees the clinic’s operations and performance, including budgets, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance. The role offers autonomy with support from the director, regional peers, and the broader company, and partners with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and work toward regional goals and standards. Healthcare experience is not required.

Requirements

At least one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or the military, or equivalent renal experience in a role such as nurse, dietitian, social worker, or LPN; exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the DVP and/or ROD.
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment.
Current CPR certification, or obtain certification within 60 days of hire or change in position.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to collaborate with clinical and financial teams.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree preferred, unless required by state or local laws.
Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a cross-functional clinical team to serve patients, teammates, and the community.
Build relationships with patients and support improvements in their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
Manage the clinic’s complete operation and performance, including adhering to budgets, forecasting expenses, managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and monitoring compliance.
Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns and advance regional goals and standards.
Collaborate daily with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned with business needs.
