About The Position

The Facilities and Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, safety, operational readiness, and infrastructure coordination of all CASA facilities. Facilities include the administrative office, opioid treatment programs, residential housing, and supportive housing. The manager ensures every site is safe, functional, compliant, and equipped to support high-quality client care and staff operations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, landscaping, painting, drywall repair, concrete repair, tiling, lock repair, and phone and camera systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities management and supervising others.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with and collaborate with agency staff.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to execute projects systematically.
• Demonstrate appreciation and willingness to develop continuing skills toward multicultural competency within a behavioral health setting.
