About The Position

Wilde Subaru is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to join their high-volume dealership. This role is an opportunity for a proven automotive finance professional to make an immediate impact by driving continued success in the Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be adept at keeping deals moving, building customer trust, supporting sales leadership, and delivering strong results with integrity and compliance. Requirements

  • Previous automotive F&I experience required.
  • Proven success in a high-volume dealership or fast-paced sales environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of automotive finance products, lender relations, and deal structure.
  • Ability to deliver strong finance results while maintaining full compliance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple deals efficiently.
  • Confidence working with customers, sales teams, lenders, and leadership.
  • A team-first mindset with the drive to push department success forward.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to finalize vehicle transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Present finance, lease, warranty, protection product, and insurance options in a clear, consultative manner.
  • Secure financing approvals through strong lender relationships and consistent follow-up.
  • Keep deals moving in a high-volume dealership environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ensure all paperwork, disclosures, contracts, and compliance requirements are completed correctly.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of lender programs, dealership policies, and state/federal regulations.
  • Support department goals by driving finance performance, product penetration, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build trust with customers through transparency, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve process, profitability, and overall department success.
