About The Position

Camping World is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join its growing team. The role is suited to a self-motivated professional with strong customer service skills, business acumen, sales aptitude, and a self-directed approach. Candidates should be ready to contribute immediately or be highly motivated to learn. The position is commission-based, with uncapped commissions.

Requirements

3–5 years of working knowledge of Finance and Insurance products.
Menu-selling experience is required.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Good time-management skills.
Professional dress, speech, and behavior.
Strong closing skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to train finance and sales personnel.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

Select appropriate lenders, secure approvals, obtain customer commitments, and finalize deliveries.
Manage contract placement while maximizing F&I PVR.
Assist the sales desk in structuring deals.
Follow F&I office processes and contract workflow consistently.
Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding through ongoing communication with the business office.
Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetration.
Participate in weekly sales meetings concerning F&I training and issues.
Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
