About The Position
Fresno Ford is seeking a team-oriented F&I Manager focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping the dealership achieve its goals. The role requires at least two years of F&I Manager experience and knowledge of managing CIT. The position reports to the General Manager, General Sales Manager, or Sales Manager. Open availability is needed to support dealership operations and customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager.
- Knowledge of how to manage CIT.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
