About The Position

Camping World is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join its team. The role is suited to a self-motivated professional with strong customer service skills, business acumen, sales aptitude, and the ability to work independently. Candidates may be ready to contribute immediately or be motivated to learn. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions, with estimated total annual compensation of $100,000–$180,000 or more.

Requirements

3–5 years of working knowledge of Finance and Insurance products.
Menu-selling experience is required.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Good time-management skills.
Professional dress, speech, and behavior.
Strong closing skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
Ability to begin the role with minimal ramp-up or strong motivation to learn.

Responsibilities

Select appropriate lenders, secure approvals, obtain customer commitment, and finalize deliveries.
Manage contract placement while maximizing F&I PVR.
Assist the sales desk in structuring deals.
Follow F&I office processes and contract workflows consistently.
Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding through ongoing communication with the business office.
Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetration.
Participate in weekly sales meetings concerning F&I training and issues.
Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager with training sales staff.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
