About The Position

Blue Compass RV is seeking an F&I Manager to guide customers through RV financing options and protection plans, helping provide a smooth and professional buying experience. The role works with lenders and customers to secure financing approval, finalize deliveries, and manage contracts and funding. The manager also supports deal structuring, monitors finance and insurance performance, participates in sales training, and helps train sales staff. Requirements

• 3–5 years of working knowledge of finance and insurance products.
• Menu selling experience is required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Professional dress, speech, and behavior.
• Strong closing skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to train finance and sales personnel.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate lenders, secure approval, obtain customer commitment, and finalize delivery.
• Manage contract placement while maximizing F&I PVR.
• Assist the sales desk in structuring deals.
• Follow F&I office processes and contract flow consistently.
• Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding through ongoing communication with the business office.
• Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings concerning F&I training and issues.
• Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
