About The Position
Walt Massey is hiring an F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to help provide customers with an extraordinary automotive experience. The organization provides comprehensive, specialized position training, on-the-job training, and ongoing personal development. The manager arranges financing for vehicle purchases, presents additional products, structures and closes deals, ensures regulatory compliance, prepares contracts, audits deals, and facilitates timely funding.
Requirements
- Eagerness to improve.
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
- Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability.
- Knowledge of title laws and the registration process.
- Professional personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases, and present additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Structure sales to produce the highest profitability.
- Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the position.
- Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
- Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Prepare paperwork and contracts and deliver deals.
- Audit team deals after sale and analyze them for improvements.
- Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.
