About The Position

Walt Massey is seeking an F&I Manager to help provide clients with an extraordinary automotive experience. The role provides recommendations and assistance to customers arranging vehicle financing and presents additional products to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. The F&I Manager structures and closes deals, ensures regulatory compliance, prepares and delivers paperwork, audits completed deals, and works to secure prompt funding. The organization offers comprehensive, specialized training, on-the-job training, and ongoing personal development.

Requirements

Eagerness to improve.
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
Proficiency structuring deals for maximum profitability.
Knowledge of title laws and the registration process.
Professional personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Provide recommendations and assistance to customers arranging financing for their purchases.
Present additional product offerings to enhance customers’ vehicle and ownership experience.
Structure sales to produce the highest profitability.
Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the position.
Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals.
Audit team deals after sale and analyze them for improvements.
Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
