About The Position

Gunstock Mountain Resort is looking for Food & Beverage Cashiers who provide exceptional service to guests at points of sale. Service formats may include take-away, cafeteria-style, restaurant-style, or in-seat service. The role prioritizes consistently following the resort’s standards for cash and credit card transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to use a calculator and change counters, and to manually count and accurately make change for transactions involving large sums of money.
• Ability to work independently and in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Technology aptitude for working with POS systems and digital registers.
• Strong guest-service skills and the ability to connect easily with customers.
• Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs; hours may be extended or irregular and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at points of sale and provide exceptional guest service.
• Consistently follow Gunstock’s standards for handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Accurately process transactions and make change, including for large sums of money.
