About The Position

This position provides exceptional guest service while supporting daily operations across multiple quick-service outlets on property. Duties include processing transactions, handling cash and POS systems, preparing coffee and other beverages, assisting with alcoholic beverage service as needed, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The role also performs food-handling and service duties, answers questions about food and beverage products, and supports other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old to provide alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Must have guest-relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries.
• Must be able to be trained in cash-handling functions and be comfortable using POS computers to input transactions.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must have comprehensive menu knowledge and the ability to upsell items.
• Must be able to clearly speak, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment.
• ServSafe and TIPs certifications are required to perform job duties; the company will provide training.

Nice To Haves

• Cash-handling experience preferred.
