About The Position

As an F&B Attendant, you’ll be a versatile member of the Food & Beverage team, helping create a smooth and welcoming dining experience from order to table. You’ll interact directly with guests while taking orders, operating the POS, preparing beverages, running food, bussing tables, and keeping the dining area clean and guest-ready.

Guests should receive friendly, efficient service throughout their dining experience, whether they’re ordering at the counter, enjoying a meal, or picking up a to-go order. The dining area should stay clean and organized, orders and transactions should be accurate, and the attendant should be a dependable team member who can confidently move between tasks to keep service flowing.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Comfortable taking orders, operating a POS, and handling cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Comfortable making menu and beverage recommendations and suggestively selling.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize, stay focused, and respond to guest needs.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to help wherever needed.
• English-speaking or bilingual.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, lift, and carry.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. without assistance.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of guest service, restaurant, or Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, personalized service.
• Take food and beverage orders at the counter or bar, enter orders accurately into the POS, and process payments.
• Make recommendations and use suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Run food and beverages to guest tables and check in throughout guests’ visits.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with a helpful, solutions-focused approach.
• Answer the restaurant phone and take to-go orders.
• Bus, wipe down, and reset tables for the next guests.
• Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary dining and service areas.
• Assist with sweeping, mopping, dusting, and other cleaning duties as needed.
• Replenish and transport dining room supplies from storage.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures.
• Work closely with other Food & Beverage team members and hotel departments to keep operations running smoothly.
