About The Position

The F&B Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, presenting, and maintaining the complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception to set the stage for a great guest experience. This role involves ensuring all service areas are clean, stocked, and guest-ready, greeting guests warmly, and handling inquiries professionally. The attendant will also assist with light food preparation, restocking, bussing tables, and supporting bar/service areas as needed. Adherence to food safety and sanitation standards is crucial, along with monitoring food quality, storage, and temperature. Effective communication during shift changes and following all company policies are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

Great attitude and love for teamwork.
Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards.
Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
Communicate key updates during shift changes.
Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues.
