About The Position

This is a part-time position at the Huntsville Embassy Suites. The role involves preparing, presenting, and maintaining complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception services. Key responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and stock levels in service areas, interacting positively with guests, assisting with food preparation and service, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations. The position requires flexibility in availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Prepare, present, and maintain complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception services.
Keep buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment clean and stocked.
Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns professionally.
Assist with light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, and supporting bar/service areas.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Communicate key updates during shift changes.
Follow all safety, security, and company policies.
