About The Position

The Attendant Comp F&B (PT) role at the Kansas City Residence Inn involves preparing, presenting, and maintaining complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception services. The position requires keeping service areas clean and stocked, interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, and supporting various aspects of food and beverage service. Requirements

Great attitude and love for teamwork.
Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Prepare, present, and maintain complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception.
Keep buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment clean and stocked.
Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns professionally.
Assist with light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Communicate key updates during shift changes.
Follow all safety, security, and company policies.
